Made with agave Espadin, El Recuerdo Mezcal Joven is made in the most modern distillery in all of Oaxaca in order to create the cleanest mezcal that has ever been produced.
Color: crystalline and bright with silver shades.
Aroma: smooth herbal hints, slightly smoked with notes of cooked agave.
Flavor: balanced with a sweet and slightly bitter taste, fresh citric, herbal notes, and fine smoke sparkles.
