Matured for 25 years in a combination of ex-sherry butts and ex-bourbon barrels, this single malt has well-developed aromas of marmalade, freshly ground coffee and robust oak. Full-bodied sherry, dry fruit and a touch of smoke engulf the palate and turns to rich, dark Belgian chocolate on the endlessly long finish. It's no wonder that this once unknown gem has become more popular stateside.
