In 1975, ”Eight Famous Baijiu's Entering Beijing”, Huadu was ordered to develop Moutai flavour liquor. Mr. Ji Keliang, the former chairman of Moutai Group taught baijiu making technology to Huadu. All Huadu’s Moutai flavoured product uses Moutai raw materials and brewing processes. It took 5 years to finally develop successfully. Once the product was launched, it was widely praised as “Beijing Moutai”.
